1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jljlph website accessible at jljlph.cam, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and associated applications.
• "Operator" or "We" or "jljlph" refers to the entity operating the Platform and providing gaming services to users in the Philippines.
• "User", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, features, and functionalities offered through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from accessing online gaming platforms;
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gaming platform, including jljlph;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3.2 Verification

jljlph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by jljlph may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of Services offered by jljlph, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process. You may only maintain one (1) Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. jljlph will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for any such activities.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify jljlph immediately through our official support channels. jljlph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3 Account Restrictions

jljlph reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual at its sole discretion. Accounts may be rejected, suspended, or terminated if jljlph determines, in its sole judgment, that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jljlph Account must be made using one of the approved payment methods displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven cash-in, and USDT TRC20. jljlph does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources, are lawfully owned by you, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jljlph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set forth on the Platform and may vary by payment method. jljlph reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.

jljlph processes withdrawal requests promptly, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically settling within sixty (60) seconds for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended for security reviews, verification requests, or circumstances beyond jljlph's reasonable control.

jljlph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if fraudulent activity is suspected, if the Account has not been fully verified, if there are pending disputes, or if the withdrawal request violates these Terms.

5.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on the jljlph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jljlph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond jljlph's control and for which jljlph bears no responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jljlph may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed at the time the bonus is offered or activated. Such terms may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only and may not be exploited for commercial or fraudulent purposes. jljlph reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit rather than engage in genuine gameplay.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other value. jljlph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to abide by all associated terms and conditions. Failure to comply with bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on the jljlph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance or the result of live dealer action and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jljlph or any third party.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the Platform and represent the theoretical statistical return over an extended period of play. RTP is not a guarantee of winnings and does not apply to individual gaming sessions.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets and game rounds will be void, and funds will be returned to the affected Players' Accounts. jljlph's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of wagered funds; no additional compensation will be provided.

7.3 Fair Play Policy

All Players must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Chip dumping or any form of chip transfer between Players;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

Detection of unfair play will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the fair play requirements outlined in Section 7, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the jljlph Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Creating or operating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or Account balance to another person;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or verification process on the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the functionality of the Platform or its servers;
• Harvesting or collecting personal data of other Users without their consent;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while your Account is suspended or terminated;
• Engaging in any promotional or marketing activity related to jljlph without prior written authorization from the Operator.

jljlph reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

jljlph endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform; however, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond jljlph's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljlph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming activity.

In any event, jljlph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. jljlph is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services, nor for any losses arising from your use of such services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jljlph support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable deductions for outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending transactions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that your Account is in good standing and no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

10.2 Termination by jljlph

jljlph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• jljlph is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity is suspected or detected on your Account;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• jljlph determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Users, or the Operator.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, jljlph may withhold any Account balance and cancel pending transactions. All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 11, and 12 — shall continue to apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of the Services, you must first submit your complaint to jljlph's customer support team. All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jljlph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days.

11.2 Escalation

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jljlph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the jljlph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design, is the intellectual property of jljlph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jljlph.

13.2 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by jljlph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
